1. Who we are
FastCut (also called AnVy FastCut: Cut Optimizer) is offered by Operatech. This policy covers FastCut on iOS and Android. For questions or privacy requests, email nxtung84@gmail.com.
2. Cutting jobs and local files
FastCut can receive sheet and part dimensions, materials, quantities and cutting lists from XLSX, CSV and TXT files. Its cutting calculations and report generation run in the app. In the current version, we do not operate a FastCut account service or a dedicated server where cutting plans or uploaded job files are stored.
Files you select remain subject to storage and permission controls of your device or file provider. Exported PDF/XLSX reports are saved or shared where you choose. If you send files by email to support, those attachments become part of your support correspondence.
3. Advertising and consent
FastCut integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) on iOS and uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent where applicable. Depending on app version and ad availability, FastCut may show banner or interstitial ads. The advertising SDK and partners may process an IP address (including approximate location derived from it), device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interaction signals, crash reports and performance diagnostics.
This information may be used for displaying ads, advertising measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention, subject to Google policies, applicable law and the consent choices offered to the user. A non-personalized ad may still require limited technical data for delivery and fraud prevention.

4. Tracking and controls
Where a particular type of tracking requires permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, the required device permission must be obtained before that tracking occurs. Users can control app tracking in iOS Settings and consent choices where an in-app UMP privacy options form is offered. Availability of those controls varies by region and app configuration.
Ad delivery may be limited or unavailable if permission is not provided, the service is under review, or ads are not available.
5. Support email
When you contact Operatech voluntarily, we receive information you send, such as your email address, device details, error description and any attachments. We use this information only to respond to requests, investigate issues and improve support. Please avoid sending confidential production data unless necessary and authorized.
6. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored job files and generated reports remain on your device or chosen storage provider until you delete them using that device or provider’s tools. We do not maintain a separate server-side database of FastCut cutting jobs in the current version.
Support correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve a request or meet legal obligations. To ask us to remove support messages or other information under our control, contact nxtung84@gmail.com. Advertising-provider retention and deletion are governed by the provider’s policies and user controls.
7. Security and international processing
We work to limit access to support communications and avoid collecting cutting-job content on our servers. Third-party advertising services may process information on infrastructure in other countries; their privacy policies describe relevant safeguards. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
FastCut is designed for general workshop and professional cutting workflows and is not directed specifically to children. We do not intentionally request personal information from children through a FastCut account (there is no FastCut account sign-up in the current app).
9. Updates
We may update this policy when FastCut functionality, advertising or legal obligations change. The latest text and effective date will be posted on this page.
